Integrative Skin Health
A collaborative approach to healthy aging—supporting the skin through hormonal shifts, inflammation, and internal imbalances, guided by dermatology experience and functional medicine insight.
When Aging Signals
Need Deeper Support
How we age is influenced by more than what we apply to the skin.

Inflammation, hormonal shifts, stress patterns, gut health, and immune balance all influence how the body ages—and the skin often reflects these internal changes over time.

For many women, supporting circulation, skin health, and daily lifestyle rhythms is enough to maintain healthy aging. But when signs of accelerated aging persist, deeper insight may help reveal what is influencing the body beneath the surface.

This program was created to offer that next layer of support—bringing together dermatology-informed skin care and functional medicine insight to support both whole-body wellness and long-term skin health.
A Collaborative Care Model
This membership is built on collaboration between clinical skin care and functional medicine.

Skin care guidance is informed by dermatology experience and clinical skin assessment, while functional medicine insight helps explore the internal factors that influence how skin ages—such as inflammation, hormonal shifts, metabolic health, and stress patterns.

Together, this approach supports both skin health and whole-body wellness—addressing the external and internal influences that shape how the skin functions over time.

Each practitioner works within their scope of expertise, creating a coordinated approach to healthy aging and long-term skin vitality.
Clinical Skin Care
(Jackie Boone, LE, CHC)
Functional Medicine Insight
(with Sarah Weaver, FNP-C)
Skin care within this program is led by extensive clinical dermatology experience and ongoing skin observation. Treatment decisions are guided by assessment, skin response, and long-term support rather than fixed protocols.

Care may include customized skin treatments, barrier repair strategies, and ongoing skin coaching as the skin adapts over time.
Functional medicine insight is integrated to explore internal factors that may be influencing the skin—such as inflammation, gut health, hormonal shifts, or immune patterns.

This layer of care is provided through virtual consultation, lab evaluation, and targeted recommendations, with the goal of supporting skin health from the inside out.
